Тут не поможет паника и упрёки. Просто надо знать историю вопроса. Дело не в Цукерберге и его отношении к нам. Фейсбук – это огромная публичная американская компания со своими порядками. Одним из внутренних условий у неё - не расширять число акционеров.
Но вот в январе 2009 года с большим трудом и через очень влиятельных посредников, после многократных отказов во встречах, российский олигарх Мильнер таки познакомился с Марком Цукербергом. И 26 мая 2009 года было подписано соглашение, по которому его компания DST за 200 млн долларов США купила 1,96 % акций Facebook.
К нашему украинскому несчастью, сделка включала в себя то, что Мильнер "оккупировал" весь сссрский территориальный сегмент рынка. С управлением из Дублина.
Поэтому теперь надо не просить, унижаться или сетовать на судьбу, а просто купить акции Фейсбука, и иметь наше некоторое влияние.

Кроме того, биржа также может сменить «прописку». Кроме того, в повестку дня внесен вопрос избрания Наблюдательного совета и Генерального директора ПФБ. ЧАО «Приднепровская фондовая биржа» основана в 1998 году. По состоянию на конец второго квартала 2015 года основным акционером площадки является ООО «Фондовая компания ПРОФИТ», которой принадлежит 29,6412 % акций.

The origins of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) go back to 1912 with the founding of the Investment Bankers Association of America (IBA) two years after the American Bankers Association rejected a request by a group of members to start an investment banking section.
In 1971, IBA merged with the Association of American Stock Exchange Firms (ASEF) to form the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and unify the voices of the related interests. Following the merger, the Public Securities Association (PSA), comprised of IBA’s Municipal Securities and Government Bonds Committees (est. 1918), incorporated as an independent organization representing securities firms and banks in the municipal, Treasury and federal agency securities markets. The name of the PSA was changed to The Bond Markets Association (TBMA) in 1997.
In 2006, the SIA and TBMA merged, bringing together the shared interests of their memberships. By representing the many segments of the financial industry, SIFMA has become the voice of the financial industry that is uniquely suited to provide trusted and expert information to policymakers, regulators, media, industry participants and the general public about the financial industry.

О старте интернет-торгов в Украине
Трейдером я пробыл года три. Потом был старшим трейдером, начальником торгового отдела, заместителем председателя правления. А потом, осенью 2007 года, меня отправили в Киев. ITinvest как раз вошла в группу «Русские Фонды», у которых в Киеве была «дочка» – компания «Проспект». Вызывают меня и говорят: «Там в Киеве появился интернет-трейдинг. Поедешь, поставишь, обучишь и вернешься. Месяца три хватит?» Хватит, думаю, раз там все уже готово… В итоге, уехал я туда на полтора года. Все оказалось гораздо печальнее: никакого интернет-трейдинга в Украине и в помине не было. Туда же приехал Алексей Сухоруков, работавший на Фондовой бирже РТС, и ходил по всем офисам, не зная, где искать помощи в организации торгов. Тем не менее, первую интернет-сделку мы провели на конференции в Алуште, во время моего доклада об интернет-трейдинге.

| История в Украине была такая же, как у нас – десяток ведущих брокеров, которые делают практически весь оборот; всего членов биржи около 250. Биржа живет на членские взносы, прекрасно себя чувствует, и никакого интернет-трейдинга ей не надо. Был кто-то один прогрессивный, убедил их купить шлюз. Наши технари к нему подключились, быстро развернули систему, причем вся торговля шла через московские серверы – в Киеве вообще ничего не было. Подключились мы к бирже из Москвы в Киев и договорились с каким-то брокером, что он поставит в пустой стакан (все стаканы стояли пустые) одну бумагу «Укрнафты» за 250 рублей, а мы ее у него купим. При этом у нас был ноутбук, интернета в зале не было, в сеть выходили через телефон. В общем, как-то справились: нажали на кнопку, бумага исчезла. Все смотрят в недоумении... Потом начинают аплодировать: «Поздравляем с первой интернет-сделкой на рынке Украины!». Это был сентябрь 2007 года. Все СМИ – и РБК, и «Коммерсантъ Украина» – написали, что на конференции в Алуште совершена первая интернет-сделка. Участники конференции, радостные, разъехались. После чего встал вопрос: а дальше-то что?

Американский фондовый рынок дает частным инвесторам куда больше возможностей, чем российский. Услугами каких интернет-брокеров в США можно воспользоваться из России?
Капитализация российского рынка, составлявшая в 2015 году, по данным Bank of America Merrill Lynch, $415,89 млрд, сопоставима со стоимостью крупнейших американских компаний вроде Apple ($585,9 млрд) или Alphabet ($506,1). Удобство торговых программ и сервисов для частных инвесторов в России уступает западным аналогам примерно в той же мере.
По словам главы компании Valorence Advisors & Research Ильи Алхимова, трейдера с 15-летним стажем, торговые программы, которые предлагают российские брокеры, проигрывают западным сервисам в функциональности. Результат — всего 70 тыс. активных счетов частных инвесторов на бирже. Российские брокеры пытались предложить клиентам более простые сервисы, но пока не добились особенного успеха.

Из них 12 - на Варшавской фондовой бирже, 5 - на Лондонской, остальные компании торгуются на парижской, франкфуртской и стокгольмской площадках. Акции Синтала и Мрии сняты с листинга после дефолта, Agrokultura обменялась активами с МХП, и пока на бирже не торгуется.
